1. What are your candles made of?

Our candle wax consists of pure soy, carefully crafted to avoid any harmful chemicals, resulting in a clean and environmentally-friendly burn. Our wicks are flat, braided cotton with paper threads coated in all-natural soy. 

2. I changed my mind, how do I cancel my order?

Contact us with your order number and we will cancel it if the order has not shipped. If the order shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

3. How do I properly care for my candle to make it last longer?

To properly care for your candle, make sure to follow proper burning instructions. Trim wick to 1/4″ before lighting. Keep the candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire-resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than four hours at a time. Stop use when only 1/4″ of wax remains. Avoid drafty areas. View our Warning & Burning Instructions.

4. Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?

Vegan-friendly soy wax is a vegetable based wax made from soybeans by extracting and hydrogenating soybean oil. The soy wax used in our candles is ethically produced, contains no animal products, and is never tested on animals. 

5. What if my candle arrives damaged or I'm not satisfied with it?

We stand behind our luxury candles. If your product arrives damaged or doesn't meet expectations, we'll work with you to exchange or refund it. Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll guide you through a hassle-free resolution process. Your satisfaction is our priority. You can view our refund policy here.

6. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders for candles?

Currently, we do not offer wholesale or bulk orders for candles.

7. Can I return or exchange a candle if I change my mind?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unlit, with tags, and in its original packaging. You can view our refund policy here.

8. How quickly do you ship orders and what's your shipping policy?

Once we receive your order, it will be processed immediately and shipped as soon as possible. You can view our shipping policy here.

9. Can I purchase your candles in stores or only online?

Aromata Oasis is currently an online only storefront. 

10. Are your candles safe to use around pets and children?

11. What does your candle weight represent? 

Our candle weight represents the weight of the actual candle wax, not including the weight of the can or wicks.

12. Why didn't I get a confirmation email for my order?

Please check your junk mail. If you still don't see a confirmation email, then contact us.
